動作原理と操作：　直径0.505インチ（12.8 mm)の

金属製のコーン（円錐）を人力で

一定の力と速度で地中に貫入し

本体から発射された超音波の

反射波の伝播時間で距離を測定し

得られた<strong>コーン指数</strong>（Kpaキロパスカル）を

液晶画面に表示する。

データは内蔵ロガーに保存され

シリアルケーブルでPCに転送できる。

GPSを接続すれば位置情報も保存でき

A quantum refers to the amount of energy

carried by a photon.

Quantum meters approximate the quantity

of photons between 400 and 700 nanometers.   

 

Photosynthesis is largelydriven by the number of

photons between  these wavelengths,

so this radiation  is called

Photosynthetic Photon Flux (PPF)

and is measured in μmol m^-2 s^-1.

  

 

 

As shown in the graph above,

quantum response by definition

is from 400 to 700 nm and

gives equal emphasis to all

photons in that range.

The spectral response of the Apogee sensor,

as well as a typical response, are also shown.

 

 ◆Features

 

MQ Quantum light meters include

data recording capability and

sun and electric calibration

with each meter can store

up to 99 manually recorded

measurements.

In automatic mode,

measurements are made

every 30 seconds and

averages are stored

every 30 minutes.

Daily totals are also calculated and

the past 99 days are recorded.

These meters still feature blue lens for

improved spectral response along with

cosine-corrected head, self-cleaning

characteristics, and long-term stability.

The Vertex Hypsometer users often report that

the surrounding sound such as waterfall or cicada

sometimes disturb ultrasonic distance measurement

between tansponder and instrument.

This phenomena derives from Instruments receiver

unable to distinguish ultrasound reflected by transponder

and ultrasound inclusive surrounding sound such as

waterfall, cicad or exhorst noise of forestry machines.

バーテックスを滝のそば、蝉の音声や機械音の

環境で使用すると測距が不可能となることがあります。

これは測定機の受信器が周囲騒音に含まれる超音波成分と

応答器 から反射されて戻ってくる超音波とを区別できない

ことによります。　

検証をいくつか試みたので報告します。

Feature:

Compact and lightweight, the TruPulseTM 200 features

"thru-the-lens" viewing so you know the laser energy is 

traveling directly along your line of sight.

Because measurements are shown in the display,

you never have to take your eyes off the target!

Take distance measurements up to 1,000m away

without a reflective target.

Results are displayed in feet, yards, or meters.

An integrated tilt sensor allows you to measure horizontal

or vertical distance and calculate an object’s height instantly

by using the built-in two-shot routine.

Filter Mode : Forest Market Advantage.

It is hard to use laser rangfinder in thick bush

or fliage, due to bush reflects laser light.

This filter mode makes he laser only recognize

highly reflective material,which means it will

ignore surrounding obstructions such as thick

brush or foliage.

This eliminates the　need to clear away a path

in order to have a clear line of site when

measuring the horizontal distance to the tree

for height measurements.

A special filter adaptor can be placed over the

receiving lens of the laser rangefinder to ensure

good penetration through the thick brush or foliage.

葉緑素の測定について

栄養不足や環境ストレス、除草剤吸収

成長時の光環境変化（日陰）の結果

葉緑素の含有量が変動します。

葉緑素のコントロールは作物生産量の改善や

環境保護の計画最適化に活用できます。

作物への影響を最小に抑えながら適切な雑草管理を進めるために、

除草剤の被害試験をおこない薬剤の種類を選択したり

散布方法を変更します。

実験室での葉緑素測定は一般に時間がかかり試料を破壊します。

通常、試料を植物体から切除して粉砕し溶液に溶かし、分光放射計で

分析します。この場合、生長サイクル全体における葉緑素含有量の

 変動傾向はモニタリングできず、1回の測定しかできません。

CCM-200　では試料を生きたまま

葉緑素含有量相対値を非破壊で、

迅速に測定できます。

 

 

CCM-200　測定原理

葉緑素にはいくつかの光吸収特性があり、

これに基づいて非破壊で相対的葉緑素含有量を

測定するCCM-200が開発されました。

青色および赤色に強い吸収帯があり緑色と

赤外領域には吸収がないので葉は緑色に

見えます。

赤色スペクトル②吸収されたエネルギーを

測定することで細胞内に存在する葉緑素の

量を推定することができます。

赤外スペクトルの測定は細胞構造物質による

吸収を示します。
