The CCM-200 Chlorophyll Content Meter provides fast accurate,
chlorophyll readings on the intact leaves of plants and crops.
No more grinding or destructive assays.
The measurement is rapid, and simple to obtain,
allowing researchers and agronomists to gather and
evaluate mission critical data faster than ever before.
Especially useful for improving Nitogen and
Fertilizer managemant Programs.
The CCM-200 is also ideal for Crop Stress, Leaf Senescence,
Plant Breeding, Health Determination and Quality Control studies.

The CCM-200 has the largest on-board memory,storing
over 8,192 measurements internally, users can record

非破壊で植物や作物の葉の葉緑素含有量を
迅速に高精度で計測できます。
粉砕や破壊がなくかんたんです。
葉緑素の測定について
栄養不足や環境ストレス、除草剤吸収
成長時の光環境変化（日陰）の結果
葉緑素の含有量が変動します。
葉緑素のコントロールは作物生産量の改善や
環境保護の計画最適化に活用できます。
作物への影響を最小に抑えながら適切な雑草管理を進めるために、
除草剤の被害試験をおこない薬剤の種類を選択したり
散布方法を変更します。
実験室での葉緑素測定は一般に時間がかかり試料を破壊します。
通常、試料を植物体から切除して粉砕し溶液に溶かし、分光放射計で
分析します。この場合、生長サイクル全体における葉緑素含有量の
変動傾向はモニタリングできず、1回の測定しかできません。
CCM-200 では試料を生きたまま
葉緑素含有量相対値を非破壊で、
迅速に測定できます。
CCM-200 測定原理
葉緑素にはいくつかの光吸収特性があり、
これに基づいて非破壊で相対的葉緑素含有量を
測定するCCM-200が開発されました。
青色および赤色に強い吸収帯があり緑色と
赤外領域には吸収がないので葉は緑色に
見えます。
赤色スペクトル②吸収されたエネルギーを
測定することで細胞内に存在する葉緑素の
量を推定することができます。
赤外スペクトルの測定は細胞構造物質による
吸収を示します。
